i see a subtle 'M'
Awesome! love that rope!
hey nick, after looking at this again, i think you should provide a little more space between each word. right now it is reading as 'MEET MEINMONTAUK'. also, the kerning in 'MEET' could use a little love. other than that, this is looking sweet man.
So awesome! But very hard to read man.
What do you use to fill the your text? (as in making the white spots on it)
Love that 'M' created by the rope! Awesome amount of detail too. Agree with @Colin's comments on the spacing, but the type positioning on the top and bottom like that works really nicely.
@Claire Coullon @Colin Tierney Totally agree! Certainly, will have to refine it and thank you so much for the feedback!
this design is sick with that M in the rope
So awesome! That would be a tight tattoo
this is sick! great work
Oh man! I want one of those t-shirts!
Really dig it. If I had but one critique, it would be that the space in between the wood is so small, that its hard to make out the shape of the wheel.
I love Montauk. In fact, Montauk Yacht Club was a strong consideration at one point for my upcoming wedding. That place is frigg'n unbelievable.
Anyway, I really dig this graphic. I would definitely echo the critiques posted by @Colin Tierney @Claire Coullon and @Rogie.
But that rope-M is phenomenal, and it's obvious that the braiding is custom-illustrated and not an Illustrator brush you created. That's impressive.
looks sick Nick. Do you need the inner circle of wood that is in the middle. It feels a bit chunky. Just a thought. Nice as usual.
THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH! The feedback was truly helpful and hopefully I can make it better! CHeers!
