   This is great! Would you type directly into indesign or would you first do it in Pages/Word and then copy-paste it in? Also, can you let us download it? :P

   Thank you! I tend to write into WriteRoom—I prefer not to have any type options at all when I actually write stuff.

   I hadn’t thought about giving a download. When I finish it (I’m still working on other pages including a bibliography) I think I will :)
