UI looks great! Love the colors.
But I have some questions about the UX. (And I am asking only because I am working on a dashboard project that offers a step by step solution as well. It is something I struggled with so I am curious as to your decisions.)
There seems like there is a lot of overwhelming information regarding progress. First there is the timeline at the top that lists all the steps. Then there is the gray header area with THE PROJECT in bright orange, but you can also see an arrow indicator pointing to THE TEAM as the next step. Then there are sub-stebs below that numbered 1,2,3. Then there is the side column with Project highlighted orange.
What were the decisions for listing out the progress steps and indicating which step you were on three different times? Do they all act as navigation? Meaning, can the user hit The Team in the timeline, in the header, and in the side column to get to the next step?
