Beautiful work, I'd love to see your sketches/process. I agree with @Matt McDaniel that the water drops could be better. I think that mostly because of how awesome the rest of the icon is though. :)

This is impressive, nice drawing, cool style, those water drops are kinda disturbing me a little bit, I think I would go for a wet floor or some more flat drops.
