There is one thing… I don't know how to call it in English. In Russia we call this: “ladder” — this is when curved line looks pixeled. Here is problematic area: http://cl.ly/2Ees
Kevin—The QuickTime icon has a thick border because the emphasis is on the Q-shape the border and it's stem make. The iTunes icon has no such shape in the border, so I think that makes a thick border kind of pointless. Emphasis should be on the music note, no?

I don't understand how a thicker border is the way to go. It makes the note less distinctive in the dock, especially at small sizes.
