Public institutions in Poland are often characterised by a high workload and a complex administrative model. Therefore, they do not always place the creation of their image online first. The issue of the website is often pushed into the background.
However, as the main objective of the GSI is to protect citizens from negative health incidents, the officials concluded that their website could be much more helpful for their mission. That is why they decided to ask user experience specialists for help. We are happy that they chose us for the task ;)
