Carrot and stick

At the beginning of the year I spent some of my development time at work following along with this great tutorial from @Tony Babel. I was just dipping my toe into After Effects at the time and it was really useful, highly recommend!

The leg movement is still a little bit jumpy at one point, so I might see if I can smooth that out a bit in the future.
