Love the unique shape of this. In fact, everything about it. Only thing I would experiment with is 'Authentic Jobs, Inc.' text being a little bolder, and and 2px inner shadow on the main shape that's somewhat inline with the drop shadow of the '5'. Great work

Reminds me of 1950's automobile emblems. Could be the shape of the badge itself or the vertical stripes within it, or both.
Regardless, very clean.
I should also add that if you're going with this design, you should probably have belt buckles made. :) Surely I can't be the only person who's thought of this.

Very regal, sharp and clean — per usual Cameron.
'INC' strikes me as unnecessary pretty much every time I see it, but that's super minor.

The one thing I'd say is to increase the brightness of the years. They kind of get lost a little. Not much, just a really little bit.
