Really like the bold colors. One thing to think about is what happens when the keyboard comes up - perhaps everything could slide up so that the "log in" button remains tappable.

The colors are nice, but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed by all the drop shadow and outer glow.

Yeah, that tripped me up too when I was designing for the iPhone for the first time. I've never seen it done but it may actually work to keep the design the way it is and then push the whole design up when the keyboard comes up (hiding the green "relay" header). Will probably try this on my next iPhone/login design.
