    I'm admittedly a space geek, but this thing is just cool - the ship is beautiful (not to mention the textures and lighting), but the background really makes it cool - great idea keeping space blue instead of black.

    @Andrew Liebchen As documents says, apogee of Gagarin's spacevoyage entered orbit with 3rd-step engine because of radiocontrol problem)

    @Basil Podtynnikov Oh. I had remembered that it was the cone-shaped service module that remained attached to the command module during reentry, attached by a few wires that eventually burned away allowing the modules to separate. Not trying to be a jerk, but Vostok looks so much cooler without the 3rd stage!
