i like it!
from a distance the twitter icon looks disproportional compared to the others. what if you did the menu font in the same size/spacing as the sub text under "find", "start"
could also be the "signup, login" being the different color that is making the balance strange..
all totally nitpicky and opinions, i think it would work as is
