Left is more graphical. With right I'd lengthen the A and make something like a spoof $ sign..

I like the right but feel the shading on the halftone is too dark and blends in with the black bg. Would love to see the full shape of the 2 and A.

If these were stickers placed somewhere I walked by....
The right would catch my eye and make me want to come check it out.
The left wouldn't draw me in to look at it...but I also wouldn't have to.. to see the 2A...would miss the web address.
I'd opt for the ballerness of the right. Your shading techniques are top notch.
