The »Cotton Club« was a famous night club in Harlem, New York City, focused on »Jazz Music« that operated during Prohibition. Nowadays you find a plenty of »Cotton Clubs« around the world, all of them synonym for Jazz, Soul, R&B etc.

In case you like to participate to this »rebound contest« design something for an imaginary »Cotton Club« in your town, village or the capital of your country. It may be a lettering, logo, folder cover, poster, advertisement, sign etc. …
The deadline for »submissions: April 30, 2012.
The Rules
Your artwork has to contain at least the »Cotton Club« lettering (hand lettering, commercial or free font) and the location (the town or village where you live and /or the capital of your home country).
The Award
I will award the shot with the most »LIKES« with a »MyFonts« gift certificate (https://www.myfonts.com/secure/giftcerts/)
If the winning shot has more than 200 »likes« it will be awarded with a gift certificate value of USD 50,00
If the winning shot has less than 200 »likes« it will be awarded with a gift certificate value of USD 30,00
(... it’s obvious that may shot doesn’t participate ...)
