Looks great, I like the custom caps. I'd make the horizontal rules slightly shorter so they don't get quite so close to the "D" and "N", and fix up the kerning in the title a bit. Right now I'm seeing too little space between the "ME" and too much in the "IC." Overall looks very nice, good work!
