   Always love checking out your site after a refresh to see what little nifty stuff you add. This one is looking promising. Only thing that seems to be throwing me off a bit is the nice flat color approach mixed with a shade/highlight based tab icon. I wonder how it would look if you kept the flat approach on all elements (I love the flat approach these days). Cheers!

   I agree with @Iain MacDonald regarding the glow around the icons. In my opinion, if glows/shadows are obvious, then they could be decreased.

   Other than that, this looks fantastic Chris! I'd be interested to see a version where the orange box didn't end so closely to the page title too.
