Need Help Teaching Class!

I have the awesome opportunity to teach an ongoing graphic design class to an after-school program for underprivileged children. Problem is, I don't have any resources. I was wondering if you could share free programs, tools, lesson plans, etc to help me get started. Anything would be helpful. Thanks a ton!
