Yuko Hanko 2018

I'm working on a mark, or a hanko (判子) for our aikido club to use it in t-shirts for example. We have used the wave pattern, or seigaiha, for ages in our marketing, so I decided to use it also in the mark. Other reason was that I wanted to update the pattern I designed years ago. The old one is seen in my previous post.

It took me some time to realize and calculate the math creating the pattern, so that other people can replicate my work if needed.

I'm working on this in black and white, but it will be in color later. I have still some work to do deciding the correct color palette.
