I'm liking the one on the right. Only thing that I'd adjust is the difference between the staple and the string holes glossiness. My guess is that both should have the same reflection.

This base is really great. I like better the right because of the handbag feeling.
I don't really dig the dollar characters, maybe too big or because of the font.

looky good, a few things i'd like to point out.
Right one:
The metallic holes don't look good with the angled white shades on top. have you thought about making them smooth?
The shadow beneath to the rope can be better by making it darker from right/left corners and lighter/blurred from centre.
The latch ... hmmm.. the edges are too dark, i would add a highlighted stroke to make it stand out and its shadow can also be improved.

Does the latch look too flat? Could it look more 3d at the top so its as though the latch is slightly biting into below?? If that makes sense

@Jan Vu Nam Good suggestion! I can move the handle up but I've a feeling that it will make the bottom part empty and top part too cramped.Does that make sense?

Sweet stuff as usual! The one on the right is a winner for me. I do think the stitches look a little too much like they're just pixel rectangles/bars instead of stiches, perhaps fool around with some subtle bevel to make them seem more like they're 3d?
