A new improved version thanks to some feedback from Claire Coullon.
thought i'd also try out a trendy orange colour. or do you call that red?

Redish orange ;) Nice type work mate! Not sure if it even needs a mark to it.
In my opinion the mark is a little bit of an overkill to it. Great typography!
Really like the S for both the seventy and seven. And the red looks better than the white.
looks great, the 77 is better now, but like the guys mentioned it will work just fine without it
Body i like but is to hard to read the 77
nice nice nice
Matt, I think the 77 reads a bit better now. Still not entirely sure you need it, but I know you explained to me earlier that it's a client request.
My question is this: Does the 77 need to be white? Can it simply be reversed out of that circle?
Great work buddy!
this is strong!
Really nice update (and love that redish orange!) I think the 77 reads absolutely miles better now. Having the circle the same colour as the lettering is a fantastic touch too, helps both elements go together really well.
If you did want to keep the connected crossbar as before, you could always lengthen that second 7 and give them both a single crossbar (with a slight upwards curve). That said, there aren't really any strokes like that within the lettering so it might look a little odd.. Otherwise, I too would be curious to see the 77 in the same colour as the background, like @Jon mentioned.
The 77 is nicer and love the colours!
Love that "S".
much better in this colour-scheme
