The reflection looks ok to me, but I guess you could make it a single width stroke with rounded ends, to match the overall feel of the logo? There aren't any other parts that vary from thick to thin like this.
Probably not a major deal though. Looks great

@Paulius Kairevičius yea I saw your guidelines :) I never miss anything where Fibonacci is (wtf its even rhyming :-D). Logo looks well balanced and pleasant.

Make the typeface grey. There are already few colors in the mark, so no need to color the typeface too. Good work :))
