Dubolt Playback Progress

Made a few minor updates/feature adds to Dubolt in the first of multiple steps to improve the playback experience of the site.

First, I've removed the intro/outro animations from the tracklist. There was a lot of actions happening on load which would sometimes cause the browser to bug out trying to process it. It also made the act of updating the tracklist feel slow, which is often a consequence of unnecessary animation.

Second, I've added a progress indicator and a progress timer to currently playing tracks. I hope that this is useful to people who are playing back music directly in Dubolt. At present, the progress bar is non-interactable, but I think I'm going to play a bit with adding scrubbing either to the individual track or to the player controller itself. Still, it's nice to have a visual representation of how much time is left in a song.

The next step will be adding the ability to add and remove songs from your Spotify library from within Dubolt, so that you can have a more full playing experience within the Dubolt web app without the need of an official Spotify client.

As always, I invite you to check out Dubolt and would love to know how you use Dubolt and any feedback you have about the product.
