What if Facebook made a mobile phone OS? They're probably working on it right now, but no one outside of Facebook knows what it might look like. I spent today imagining just that and developed a concept.
This home screen is kind of a hybrid of Facebook's current iOS app and one of their previous versions. There is a heavy emphasis on notifications. I'm mocking up more screens this week and will write up a blog post shortly if there's any interest.

Interesting. This makes me much more optimistic about a Facebook phone.
Edit: those borders around the Facebook icons don't work so well on a dark background.

They would probably, most definitely use the Facebook blue as their background or the dark grey from the iOS sidebar. Other then that I think that you are spot on @Jay Moon !

Pretty nice, but you have to keep using a black outer stroke for the icons, otherwise the edges look blurry.

I would have thought Facebook would opt for Lucida Grande in a phone UI if they were to create one for consistency's sake.

Agree with @Filip Walica, definitely some blurry pixels in there. Very android-esque.... Looks nice, but I'd stick with iOS.
