   Funny you should link that Sacha, I was actually going to release my own set of pixel patterns not dis-similar to Naomi's. (I started working on this page about two weeks ago), and it dawned upon me to do so. Missed the boat I guess :D

    You should definitely release your patterns, you can never have too many! Even a pixel of difference between two patterns can make a big effect when repeated thousands of times, so I like having a big collection.
