Ha! Looks like he he could be off kilter a few more degrees...but then again, he's only sippin' on one of those beers ;)
I'd spend a bit of time stylising the hair and eye brows a bit more..

Nice feel to it. I would have to agree with Matt, it does need a bit more finish on hair and eyebrows. That would complete the look and bring the viewers' eye to the head of your character first.
