Looks nice.
On a quick note and I've been seeing this a lot from Dribble designers. The anisotropic effect on brushed steel cannot look like this. It can only have even number of beams.

pretty nice.
You should use sprites for the hover states of the buttons because right now when I hover one of those buttons, browser starts loading the second resource and I'm having an empty box for 1-2secs :)

Totally awesome. You should preload your buttons so that they don't take 2 seconds to load (of the hover states). :)

I guess what @Haziq Mir tried to say was :active state and yes, it's indeed missing. A pressed effect would have been lovely. Also, what @Meng To said, you could use a sprite sheet :)
