Make sure you mention this is done using gradient mesh, otherwise people might just mistake it for a photo! Top notch.

That was a uni assignment right? I drew the Motorola V3, which at the time seemed like a great idea, but it was the first time I'd really used Illustrator for anything substantial and once I got to the point of having to draw all the number and letters on the keypad I was beginning to regret my choice... I wonder where those old files are.

Ha yeah! I was going to do a phone, but I avoided doing anything with type/numbers when I realised that it would be a pain in the ass.

Took about 40 hours to do with a gradient mesh in Illustrator. It's pretty cool that it's vector, I can size it up as much as I want :)
