This is a nice evolution from the last one. I still think a 1px, 8% black solid shadow on the type would look fantastic. It doesn't look like a shadow even, just sharpens the text. Also It looks like the vertical divider rule isn't coming all the way down to the bottom edge.
Yeah, I think what Chris is suggesting will work nicely. Something to give the white text some contrast against the light orange will make the whole button a bit more actionable. Looking nice otherwise.
I am still playing with the 1px shadow to find the right balance. I don't want to push the design to far into the textured shadowed world. I want a nice balance of depth and flatness. I think 8% should be subtle enough...trying now.
Nice.
I love the contrast of the blurred background image with the clean crispness of the button - brings the call to action into clear focus.
If I were to make a few suggestions:
* Go easy on the shadows - they're starting to get a little cliche'd (from a general aesthetic trend point of view that is, not you in particular!).
* the "or" could do with a little more contrast with it's background to highlight the need for choice.
* the dual use of bold on "coach" seems a little odd - to me, the question it seems you're asking is to *find* a coach OR *be* a coach... but then I dont know the context of the button, or more to the point the site, so I could be way off here, such are the limitations of dribbble!

Nice! I know, it's bit overused, but i can really imagine Inner shadow in "or" circle, with 1px white drop shadow in overlay mode :)

I like the principles behind it. It force you to chose one, but this should be placed on the right position.
