This looks great. The proportion and spacing are nice.
Have you considered working brown / beige tones into the gray elements like the horizontal rules, or gray buttons? That might give it more depth.

@Jeff Boulet I actually didn't notice that the separations were still gray, good eye =) As for the button element, yes, I'd considered adding a drop shadow to it so it looked recessed a bit.
