See, Canada's awesome but the web design scene doesn't have a whole lot to offer compared to, say, Europe.
This year I want to meet the folks going to Build Conference as a way to finally get involved in the community. I have a ticket and now need to cover my flight costs from The Great White North.
I'm making a set of pixel icons (16px x 16px) that you can purchase for less than $10 and use basically whenever you want. Each dollar for this will go towards my trip so start requesting icons now and I'll be sure to get it in the pack!

I actually made an 8bit font called Bixel a few months ago. These look really nice though.
I'd be careful with the aliasing on top of the house and around the pencil. Kinda takes away from the feel of the first two icons. :)

@Harry: Had no idea - I just combined Build + Pixel :)
I added some light, light grey to the top of the pencil to make it appear not so sharpish but I'll definitely take a look at perhaps removing it.
