Did a couple of marks for Hoops Family...
Nice and simple. I love it. Great mark!
Thank you @Charles, cheers!
Cool mark, Gert. Awesome lettering!
Thanks @Mason (:
I like it so far Gert, real cool. I think you can improve the mark a little though. The contrast between the negative space 'F' and 'H' could be more balanced IMO. I dig the color and layout though.
Sweet like sweet as always!
Hey Joe, thanks for your input mate. You're right about the contrast. Personally I think the H maybe a little bit too 'fat' opposed to the negative F. Though have to admit this was one of those concepts I quickly needed to put together. I have a bunch of more, including even an ambigram ;)
Great!! Like it.
Always making great work gert!
I have to say that on one hand, I really like this: the color, the texture, the illustration style, etc. On the other hand, I'd say that the center letters & the negative space seem to be trying too hard...and taking away from the overall mark. I know you said you have several concepts, but what if you try to mask the letters within the basketball a bit more, making them the same weights as the lines of the basketball, and almost hiding them within the lines of the ball? That may work...or may look like absolute excrement. ;)
LOVE IT SO MUCH!
Gert, did you try this idea with a lowercase f? Btw —and I'm sure that you've already figured that out—, you can find the both letters by 90° rotating (CCW) the lowercase f. Good work buddy. Cheers.
Love it Gert, really cool. I actually think the letters work nicely together and don't look unbalanced.
@Gert van Duinen freakin' awesome fella. Clever use of negative space. Top notch! ++
Monogram s sexy!
I know you will make this piece even more killer then what it is now. Either way it is already amazing!
Damn. Clever secret "F."
WOW! That's great man!
