Logo concept for Lusso.

Lusso (italian for luxury) are a high-end home planner and designer. They create beautiful bespoke homes with love. This concept combines a home model/plans, a heart, and the letter L (Lusso). I loved the colors, but wasn't sure if they suited the style of company, so attached a simpler alternative. What do you think?
