   so then i have to say no. Its pure Flash/Flex.
   But its running on my mac pretty good... so then i have to say yes

   But if you mean iOS: no, not the first version

   If you know what you are doing, you can make verry good games in flash which are highly performant aswell. for example stuff like this: http://develop.seantcooper.com/run.php?fliso2 and that: http://develop.seantcooper.com/run.php?fliso1
