Avonlea Light for Miranda-IM

Trying to update my old skin for Miranda-IM. Created it in 2008 and used ever since. I don't need anything more from a contact list in IM.

I decided to make a little update and create more icons, refresh current ones, tweak some colors and update everything to newest Miranda (and plugins).
