  1. Spring is almost here - at least in Vienna :)
    So it's time to fat down and shape up again!

    Here are some workout icons, which I created for my personal exercise plan: basic weight/strength training, running, swimming. The next 4-6 weeks will be pretty intense, yay ;)

    What do you do to get in shape after a long winter and to loose some holiday pounds?
