Not entirely sure why the shape of the "U" extends into the "M" or why the "E" drops below some.
Also maybe tone down the shadow a bit? Other than that, looks like a good start. :)
I understand @Tyler Corbett Its all part of how they put their T shirts together. Im not a big fan of impact but its the font choice for their shirts. Will def work on the shadow this morning. Hope all is well and the new job is working out for u homie.
Client wants and needs will get you every time. But I agree with @Tyler Corbett, the shadow is super harsh, also after you've lightened up the shadow a bit you could use a gradient mask to give it some depth, it's all a little flat. Great start, I love a good t-shirt.

Sorry it took so long, been busy with finals and work. Cleaned up the shadow, and had the client redo the main type
