I admire your ability to communicate so much with so little. What if that button text had just a hint of a 1px shadow to lift it off the orange background?

I also agree that this a very clean and well done. What if the shadow of the circle with the + sign had a little more contrast with the orange of the button?

@Erik The idea is that the + or "more" will open up a search function within the button. It am still thinking on what other visuals I can use to represent that.

@Bill S Kenney Good question RE: mag. glass... I'm not a huge fan of it either. Icons can be so tricky. Maybe a whistle, indicating the "coach" side of it? Maybe too corny... I dunno. Will ponder.
