@Matthew - Cheers! I still find myself drawn to the abstract quality sharper edges lend...but I hadn't tried the rounded corners yet, and it's certainly a solid possibility.

Michael, I wonder if there's some very minor treatment that you can give the left side square, to make it look/feel a little more like the actual letter is coming out of the envelope? Maybe a nipped corner, or 2 lines representing faux text? Overall, love the idea!
