Nice icons. What really caught my eyes is the bar and its color, with the icons and the amazing shadow work on them and text that even though the font size is small, its still very clear.

Pěkné, pěkné. Mě se barva barů líbí, ale je fakt že ta modrá u času by mohla být více sytější modrá. Co mě ale bije do očí je text v baru a ta čísla. Zkusil bych je hodit o jeden pixel níž, aby se tím opticky vyrovnal ten stín pod nimi.

I think this could be done more in OSX-like way. I'd go with a common font sizes, less clutter and unnecessary shadows, monochrome icons and different padding (they way how Apple does it).
The color scheme might be based on the Appearance settings as it is in System Preferences > General.
The main area (search input) doesn't have my focus at all. There should be more whitespace around it, the shape of the input should be more OSX-like (rounded rectangle) and the icon could be bigger. Inner padding is wrong.
Maybe I'm wrong since I don't see the rest of the UI but according to this UI crop I'd change those things I mentioned.
