the only one that feels strange to me is the cloud icon, maybe the flat bottom and how the corners are sharp but outside of that (and cloud icon included) these look outstanding.

Wow! This is awesome, the only thing I criticise is how much shadow is on the focused button; it feels too soft, but that's just me. :-)

@Manu Gamero ☁ – I feel it's still a bit dark, but as for the glow:
I dunno if you're using an Inner Shadow, or a soft brush, but maybe use a light background with a small Inner Shadow. Keep it subtle. :D
