Well you should play more with the shadows in buttons, it looks bad. Also the light reflection on the shape under the headline (which is unnecessary too) is bad. And the table deserve nicer colours.

@Jan Vu Nam I don't think either of the things you said were bad ARE bad. We're dealing with a bright light source, so the shadows on the buttons are adequate. I actually really like the reflections he has going on here. The paper is white, so its only natural that it would reflect off of that overhanging portion of plastic. He's taken an otherwise standard set up and made it his own.
If I had to say that anything needed fixing, it would be choosing another font to use on the check other than Marker Felt. It just cheapens an otherwise contemporary app. Good work, Kevin.

@Justin Lancaster No, the shadow should has less opacity, even if there is such a bright light, not because it match, but because now it look like 2px shadow, which is making it frankly bad..
And I like like reflections too, but the only one which is making this shot few leves down is the reflection which is under the headline.
I meant no offense of course, I just wanted to give Kevin a proper feedback. Which might be like nitpicking but still important in my opinion.
But if I offended someone, then my apologies.
