Looks great, really great.
Made the inside left of the box darker. I figured if the light was coming from the top-back-left, then the inside back left of the box would be in shadow. Also made the cardboard a little thinner, I agree with Able that it seemed too thick and more like a board.
Saving it out from Photoshop made the colors a little more drab, that was unintentional.
