Looking good, not sure if it's because where the design has been cropped or not. But looks like there is more space below the navigation items than above.
I also agree with @Daniel Sensecall about the body copy, it will be really hard to read on that background.
I've always loved marks with overlapping colors like that, but been hesitant to try because I feel like it's not flexible enough. Is there ever a circumstance that you have to print that in grayscale or one color, or do you just use the wordmark in those situations?
Love the logo... Not to sure about the layout tho. It looks unfinished`(Text alignment, dropshadow, spacing) I wouldn't mind seeing the rest of it tho?
I really like the change from the solid white to the textured sub-header. Good balance, colors, and overall.
You may want to bump up the text size or boldness of the (#000) description below the large intro text. It's too crisp and will show up grainy with the texture.
Could just be bumping up the size 1-2 pts and changing the anti-alias to smooth or crisp (if it's on none). I just signed up here, so I'm still getting used to the harsh feedback from my agency habits, lol
Btw, I know it's unfinished. Just things to remind you. :)
I've always loved your mark. And I really like the direction this is going and the updated color scheme. Are you sad to see the pink go?
One thing I'm curious about is your font choice for the text under the logo: sans-serif all caps "YOU KNOW WHO" I think the serifed (ball-terminaled?) font you are currently using is so much more friendly and lovely. Have you considered a variation based off of that? Maybe capitalized for a bit more formality since you seem to be going that direction?
All in all though, I'm excited for you with this update! Keep up the good work.

Looking great, I'd possibly tone down the pattern on the blue background slightly – the body text is a bit tricky to read.

nice colors, i think shadow on blue bar is too much, i'd reduce its distance and i'd possibly add spacing on top links.

Shadow on background is CSS3 and needs tweaking.

Can't wait to see the rest of it all finished and live. It has a very light and airy feeling, which I like.

@Justin - it is unfinished, that's why it's on Dribbble as WIP.

There goes the pink. But, I'm not saying I come close to disliking this. :)
