The only thing I would change—and this is solely because I love how Apple's done it—is to remove the dots for the inactive lights. Look at the front of a MacBook Pro; you can't even tell there's a spot for a light to shine until its on. That sort of craftsmanship inspires me.
Even if you leaves those, these still look amazing.

@Anders Two things: metal gradient layer, swirly texture layer. Everything else is fine tuning.
