maybe dont include the "F" into the nav block on the left..think the name needs to stand seperate somehow..but looks good overall..maybe a little more detail here and there

Have to agree with Luke. I'd like to see the "F" stand on it's own.
I might also put some more space between the nav links. Could be possible by combining "pictures" and videos" into 1 link? Just a thought... definitely dig the faint diagonal lines.

yea add some space between links..far too squashed..because you've been generous with the circular space..it doesnt make sense to have it bunched up..or thinner font..?.
