I think the "step 3" should be visually less important than the "Post your review" button.
Other than that this seems looks great! Like the sharp inset shadow on the select box and button inputs.

The tree is just perfect and I'm digging the colors. The "3" is throwing me off a bit. Not sure if it's treatment or the size. Have you had a look at Gerren Lamson's Notch typeface? Similar to what you've used but might be worth a look.
