Simple ligature of my initials made with Garamond. Might upgrade to a custom font later on.

Thanks! I'm ambivalent towards Garamond, but I think the classic look of it actually works for this kind of stuff.

I like the glyph. But does it fit you? I mean, considering the sans-serif-simple-colors look of your next shot.

Have you tried to cut the end of R's tail by the M?

Welcome to Dribbble! I hope you find it enjoyable :)

I agree that it probably doesn't fit my, oh let's call it "persona" :) If I had to create one that would be more identifying of my style, if you will, it would probably be more in line of a slab-serif or curvy sans. I'll probably try that, eventually.

Regarding cutting the end of R at the intersection of the M: I tried it but found that the transition from one letter to the other was too harsh and the "M" overshadowed the "R".

I love this! I'm a slab/sans kinda guy, but the Garamond R is hot! Now that you have a skeleton established for the ligature, try it with all your favorite fonts and choose the strongest option.
