There was some great feedback and all of it much appreciated. I've decided to define the ribbon, make the guitar necks a little smaller and changed the Audio Theme font to RBNo2 Light (still debating that font choice as it may get lost in the wash at smaller size). All of the changes are pretty subtle with the exception of the outer badge to soften it up a bit.

Love the updates. The badge look is spot on, and the ribbon enhancements are right on track!
I'm not sure if it's due to the size of the logo, but it appears that the spacing of the top line inside the ribbon is different than the bottom. Also looks like the vertical spacing of the guitar necks are off.
I like the change in the font, and can see how it might get lost at smaller sizes, but then again so will the ridges of the vinyl.

Yeah, I assumed it was an optical illusion, but when I compared it to the version before, I couldn't spot the spacing issues in the guitar necks. Hope I'm just seeing things that aren't actually there! lol
