I do like the non gradient/shadow versions on the left, but maybe could do with a bit more clickability. If you want to keep the same simplistic style, have you tried adding a 3px or 4px solid drop shadow (no blur) underneath with a slight darkened shade of red? Adds a 3D feel.
The right-most versions in each row look like different states (grey, red) of the same button to me. Individually, and collectively they look clickable without being too over-the-top - that's why they're my favourites :)

Spending ages deciding on button styles…again.
People keep pushing me to go for the left column but I'm worried that they're too bland - how about the right column?

I like the left.
But then I also like the bottom one in the middle column, and the top one in the right column.

I like the left too. You could always add shadow & gradient on hover with some nice CSS transitions.

Ouch at the noise on the second one.
Either the left or the right column - I don't like the middle one at al.

I like the bottom center. It has some definition to it. The far left is kind of metro-ish

Left or right. I'd say left slightly more.

Bottom right is the most clickable.
Left ones are prettier.

If you don't like the left then I'd go for either the right hand side column.

I really like the left. Also the middle bottom button caught my eye nicely.

Totally depends on the context.

Yeah what Brandon said

..but depending on what you are using it for, the minimalist look may fit in better..so I'm changing my mind to the far left.

I was about to say the same thing. Doesn't it depend a lot on the style of the entire design? Or where you'd use it?
That noise is a bit to much, don't go more then 2% otherwise it gets weird. Use the right col with the down middle one.

Thanks for all the replies guys - the rest of the site is very minimal; I'm afraid I've got an NDA for it though. Hope to be able to show more soon.
Left definitely fit the style more.

Middle bottom for me. It's flat, but looks clickable.
Is the text not quite centered correctly? Looks like its hanging a bit to the right.

Forget the noise, go with left or right. Red for important things (Like a submit button), and gray for the not-so-important things. Keep it simple.
