What @Gert van Duinen said, the way the padlock mirrors the shape of the 'u' is just perfect - a really nice extra touch. I like the orange, it adds a vibrant colour accent. The only thing I'd suggest is simplifying the detail on the top of the lock - specifically that little indent on the left side. Minor detail though, looks excellent.
