   I'd make the texture a bit more subtle, and the type more readable. The AA makes it look a bit thin.

   I just reviewed the same comp on another screen and I'm definitely going to subtle the texture a bit - screen callibration issues.
   Regarding the type treatment, I usually worry about that once I get the elements right within the overall comp, but it actually needs serious kening adjustments and AA tests, thanks for pointing that out ;)

   Like it @Samuel Couto, but I must agree with @Paulo Zoom, the texture must be more subtle. Another thing I would work on is the border around the image, I don't know, maybe give it a subtle dark 1px border.

   Ah, and centre it! :p
